***Please follow these simple rules during play with CCGA.

We will be playing double par for each hole for scoring and to keep the pace of play up. This is very important so we don’t slow the pace of play of other groups that will be teeing off behind us.

Example: If you have not reached the green on a par 4 by your 6th stroke then you should pick up and take a score of 8. The same for a par 5….if you have not reach the green by your 8th stroke then please pick up and take a score of 10. This should keep the pace of play up.

***If you pick up any time before that point then your score should be a double par for that hole.

Putting: While on the putting green, anything inside the leather of your putter is a gimme + 1.

Example: If you are putting for par and you miss and the ball is within the leather you should have a score of bogey. The same principle would be used for a putt for bogey. If you miss your bogey putt and it is within the leather you should have a score of double bogey.

All pars and birdies must be putted out….there will be no "gimmes" for those unless you were granted it by your playing partners.

If you pick up any time before that point then your score should be a double par for that hole.

Designate an official score keeper and he should be the responsible party to turn their score card into Dexter Howard at the end of the round.

Thanks for abiding by the rules for CCGA!!!!!!!!!
